It provides teachers an opportunity to connect with their students as children and to create a nurturing environment for children's social and emotional growth.

Agency Building for Youth 

The Agency Building for youth fosters agency, confidence, workplace competencies and skills in youth. It allows youth to work on their feelings and emotions.

The foundation of the program rests on an “Asset based Narrative”  and aims to counter negative, cultural based narratives. An Asset based Narrative focuses on the strengths, aspirations and contributions of individuals.

Skilling for Youth 

Courses offered to build workplace competencies and skills in youth which provides them with employment opportunities.
